I am pleased to offer a variety of spiritual growth classes!  Classes will be scheduled near IHT and can be scheduled in your area, too.  Please contact me for information regarding date and time availability for any class you are interested in having in your area.

NEW CLASS!  Healing Through the Heart Chakra - This class is about strengthening the relationship to ourselves - the relationship most often ignored.  Through love, through the heart chakra, we can release unforgiveness, grief, sadness, guilt and even fear.  Through your heart chakra you can find the unconditional love of the self which will create greater love and understanding of those around you and will help heal all the relationships in your life.  This class includes lecture, discussion, and a lengthy meditation/interactive piece which includes breathwork, visualization, an opening and clearing of all the chakras.

Class fee:  $40

Requirements:  A pen, notebook and a willingness to look deep within yourself to heal your heart.

NEW CLASS!  Reiki I Certification - This class offers the foundation of the Usui Reiki method of healing.  In this 4-hour class you will learn what Reiki is and is not as well as it's history and principles.  You will learn self-healing methods and hand positions for healing yourself and others. You will learn about the chakras, grounding and ethics.  You will receive the Reiki I manual I have created and receive a Reiki attunement.  The attunement can be done in class or at a distance during a convenient time for you.  Students will also participate in a Reiki healing session once instruction is complete.  Certificates of completion including your Reiki lineage will be provided at the end of the class.

Class fee:  $100

Requirements:  No prerequisites are required.  Please bring a pen, notebook and a desire to open yourself further to Universal healing energy.

ALSO!!  This class can be taught and learned at a distance and at your own pace!  Please contact me for further information! 

NEW CLASS!  Angels Among us  - This class is an interactive class featuring your guides, the Archangels and Ascended Masters.  They work with us throughout this class to help us all create deeper connections with them and to them!   A guided meditation/hypnotherapy session is accomplished during this class and the intent is to connect with a loved one and meet your spirit guide.

Class fee:  $35

Requirements:  A pen and notebook and a desire to have a more intimate connections with the celestial beings who walk with you each and every day.

INTUITION 101

During this 3-hour class, you will learn what intuition is, what your style of intuitive communication is, various methods of divination, knowing the difference between true and false guidance and a variety of ways to increase your innate abilities!  All class members will have an opportunity to put their abilities to the test!

Class fee:  $35

Requirements:  A pen and notebook, an open mind and the desire to learn about intuition! 

SOUL-VOLUTION

This class will give you the foundation and the tools you need in order to live a more authentic,  inspired, positive life.  Through this 8-week journey of soul-discovery, we will discuss the seven energy centers located within and throughout your entire being called the "chakras".  We will discuss ways to keep them open and clear which will ultimately help you open up your intuitive faculties which will in turn help you hear the voice of your soul.  A chakra meditation will be done during each class.

Class fee: $25 per class and we will meet for two hours every other week for four months.  Class schedules may be rearranged based on the needs of the instructor or the class at any time.

Requirements:  Attendance and dedication to this class as well as a notebook, pen and a willingness to better yourself and your life.   

ATTRACTING ABUNDANCE!

Learn to apply the Law of Attraction in every area of your life including health, finances and relationships!  We will discuss the power of positive thought, how to create a manifestation or dream board and discuss how your intention means everything!  A group hypnosis session called Attracting Abundance which will clear your energy field and energy centers of blocks to abundance will be done at the end of this 3-hour class.

Class fee:  $35

Requirements:  A pen and notebook, and a positive mind-set to attract the very things you desire!   A pillow and blanket for the hypnosis portion of the class is highly recommended.  REMINDER:  To benefit from the full effects of hypnosis, please refrain from using any caffeine the day of this class

HANDS-ON-HEALING

Learn the art of Hands-on-Healing!  This 3-hour class is a beginner level class which teaches the basics of healing including ethics, the chakra system, how to feel energy, self-healing and healing others. Each class member will participate in and receive a group healing.

Class fee:  $35

Requirements:  A pen and notebook and a willingness to give and receive healing energy during class.
