September 19, 2011 UPDATE!

Hey, everyone!   It's been awhile since I've been here.  For those of you who don't know, my dad (who lives with me and is 87 yrs old) had hip replacement surgery a month ago and has been struggling to get well ever since.  He suffered a heart attack an hour into surgery and due to other complications spent 5 days in ICU.  He spent another 10 days in cardiac care before finally being moved to a nursing home type area of the VA hospital for rehab.  It's been a tough road for him these last few years and due to the last month I haven't been working much.  My availability will continue to be limited the rest of this month and into October until we have things squared away with him.  I thank you all for your patience and understanding during this time.  I am also eternally grateful for all the love, support, prayers and good wishes that have been sent our way or said on our behalf.  It is surely helping us all get through this! 

My hope is that by the end of October I can resume a more normal schedule (whatever normal is!) and also start teaching classes again.  I have a mediumship class to share as well as a nutrition/weight release class ready...I'm just waiting for the time to be there to put them on the calendar.

In the midst of the crisis with my dad, I also moved my first born to college on September 1st!  I'm so happy and excited for Ally...what a remarkable, adventurous time in her life...couldn't be  a prouder mom : )

July 11, 2011 UPDATE!

Hello, friends...I hope you're all doing well and thriving in these crazy times on this planet!  I really just wanted to touch base and let you know that I have every intention of getting back to teaching as soon as I can.  Many of you know my father lives with us.  He is 87 and isn't in the best of health.  I see him daily grasping at hanging onto his life and his sense of self and it is very unforgiving process.  My heart aches for him continuously.  So, please know as my schedule changes abruptly on occasion, it isn't because I don't want to teach...I love my work and it truly is the thing that saves me....it is purely that my home-life obligations are calling the shots...as they should.

My love to you all in these trying times...remember to rest often and drink lots of water...hold your center as best you can...even when it hurts and feels like you, too, are at the end of the rope.  There will always be someone, seen or unseen, to throw you another line.

 April 2, 2011 UPDATE!

WOW!  It's been awhile since I've updated anything here!  That's the nature of things, though...time is speeding up and I'm getting busier and busier all the time it seems!  That's okay, though...I thrive on it and can't imagine my life and my work being any other way.  It truly is a blessing.

Watch out for a mediumship class to be scheduled soon as well as the Collective Wisdom group to be reconvening at my office soon.  I have given over the scheduling and organizing duties to a dear friend and I will post the official dates as soon as she gets those to me!  In a time when my client base is ever-expanding I am recognizing at long last the need the create a team so that we at IHT can be more productive and bring to our area what so many are searching for...a community of like-minded people!  We are definitely committed to that.  Please watch my calendar for updates and also feel free to follow me on facebook!  Integrative Healing Therapies has its own site : )

June 17, 2010 UPDATE!

Hello, everyone!  Hope you are all enjoying yourselves and finding time to relax as the energies continue to be a little chaotic!!

I'm on vacation at the moment, but that's giving me some time to work on the Web site and make some changes and updates...funny how that works! 

Just some FYI's....

Personal appointments are being scheduled most days of the weeks and are booking out anywhere from 3- 6 weeks in advance.  When scheduling please let me know when you are available as that will help me get you on the calendar as fast as I can!

Our next Collective Wisdom meeting is Weds. June 30 from 6-8 at the IHT office.  This is a free discussion group for like-minded souls looking for and offering support to each other. 

I have recently finished training in Core Shamanism and wow what an experience!  I will be offering Shamanic Healing techniques soon and will be offering an intro to shamanic journeying class in July!  

I am still offering the psychic party option, but time is becoming increasingly limited for those - please contact me very early on if you're interested in booking one!

May 1, 2010 UPDATE!

It's been such a long time since I've updated!  Wow!  Not for lack of trying...just had some funky glitches going on it seems!

Just a quickie update today!  Here's what's new at IHT!

Monthly discussion is a long last happening!  Next meeting is at my office on Wednesday, May 26 from 6-8 p.m.  

Classes for children are being created as are support groups for parents and children who see ghosts, have visions, etc.   This is going to be so exciting!

A school for the intuitive arts has been created and I hope to have this in full swing before the end of the year...may have to wait til book #1 is finished, though!

August 11, 2009 UPDATE! 

Hello, hello!  I hope you're all enjoying your summer and the recent summer-like weather we've been at long last blessed with! 

Where to begin this update...wow...so much has happened to me personally and professionally the last few months I'm not sure where to start.  Those of you who have e-mailed me recently know that I have been on vacation since last week and will be on vacation for one more day...but because of the wonderful  experience I had this past weekend I just couldn't wait to write about this.

Early Friday morning, I and my friend, Kelly, took off for Chicago, Illinois, to attend a seminar on healing.  A new healing modality as it is described actually.  I had read the book and watched the film and through my dear friend, Erin, I experienced this kind of healing.  I was affected immediately and knew I needed more information. 

The seminar was more than I'd hoped for.  It challenged me, was oddly familiar to me, and I knew that this work was the next piece of my work and what I want to be able to bring to the world.  It's called Reconnective Healing and it is frequency work - not so much energy work.  I will be sending out an official e-mail to everyone in short order, but wanted to let you all know that this process, which is like a silent rebirthing through the delivery of light and information, that, as I have witnessed can mean spontaneous healings of physical, emotional, spiritual issues..it's multi-layered and perfect for the person's needs at the time.  This work is also maintanance free - haha - one to three healing sessions and a Reconnection process and that's all that's needed in your lifetime.  This work doesn't change us...it helps us return to our orginal divine blueprint.

July  8, 2009 - IHT Update!

Hello, everyone!  It sure has been a long time since I've posted anything here - mostly due to time issues, but also because my web site is acting a little funny these days!  I'm thinking it's possible that's a sign that I'm ready to move on to another web designer!

There are a lot of changes/growth happening for me this summer that I'm excited to share news about!  We are building a new home on this gorgeous lake which already is home to us, I'm working on my first book and also learning a variety of new things including new healing practices that I will be sharing with all of you later in August!

There have been lots of inquiries regarding classes so please watch the calendar for updates...my hope is to have something each week to offer as well as combining efforts with a dear friend of mine to at long last get this discussion group rolling!  We are all in need of connection and learning and support - it's just simply time.

Regarding appointments - I will be limiting my work weeks to four days per week during August and September to allow myself time to write and recoup from all the projects we have going on.  The schedule is generally filled about 2 weeks in advance and sometimes 4 weeks depending on the day of the week - just an FYI : )

I hope you're all enjoying this beautiful weather and allowing yourselves the time you need to really play.  Take every opportunity you can to engage with that inner child - it'll keep your heart open and keep it strong and help you to always remember what matters most - joy, love and peace.

January 17, 2009 News!

Well..this year is off to quite a start!  WOW!  Just a few updates so far....

*Jan. 31 - back to back aromatherapy classes with Nicky Wenner at IHT.  I will post information as I get it and as my computer will allow me to!  Thanks Mercury retrograde!!!  

*I have decided to discontinue e-mail readings until further notice due to time issues.  If you happen to have a quickie question that you're okay with getting a quickie response to by all means send it my way!  It's the lengthy ones I'm finding I don't have much free time to answer the way I'd like to and the way you deserve to have it answered...in that case please get in touch with me to schedule an appt.  That way I can give you the undivided attention you deserve - without all the distractions of home and other interruptions.  I am also doing this in fairness to my family so that I am working more regular business hours.  Thanks for your understanding and patience with me!  I know sometimes it's very hard to wait a week for me to get back to you!  Another reason for cutting back on work time is that I have some writing projects in the works and need to devote more time to those as well...this year is my year to at least lay a foundation for better time management skills - we shall see what happens!

August 3, 2008 News!! 

The new office is open! 

For the meantime, I will only be at my office when I'm scheduled to see clients - we are in the midst of moving my dad into our home and selling his so I'm waiting to add retail and regular "open" hours until things have settled in a bit. 

A grand opening is planned for Saturday, September 20 - plans are in the works to have a variety of holistic/metaphysical speakers there throughout the day discussing what they do and how it applies to the changing world we are living in today. 

Also, watch for a yoga schedule!!  I am so excited about this and can't wait for all of you to meet the instructor!  You will love her as much as I do!

BIG NEWS!! 

As of July 1 I will begin work on my new office space located on Main Street of Webster!  The office is large and roomy and with some work will be nice and cozy, too!  Watch for an e-mail announcing a grand opening celebration!  I hope to be up and running at the new office space as of July 21. 

The change in location will offer us the opportunity to schedule Reiki Exchange, many classes including Soulvolution beginning in August, a retail section including books, stones and cd's and much, much more!

Due to steadily increasing gas prices, I will be offering readings via instant messenger soon as well as online classes and classes via conference call!  Also, please remember that healing work, hypnotherapy and readings can be done at a distance (you at your house and me at mine!) or via telephone.  Please just contact me for details and appt times!

Also, I will have a new page up soon where you can purchase 1, 2 or 3-question readings!  You don't always need a full hour reading and this will be an economical and easy way to get your questions answered without having to rearrange schedules and work in an appt with me!

Dragonfly Inn ~ Wellness Center and Retreat! 

I am so excited for my dear friend, Kelly Doran, owner of the Dragonfly!  Together we are working to bring more light to our little, but profound, corner of the world through classes, retreats, services and regular gatherings at her beautiful, magical spot on Clam Lake in Siren, Wisconsin!  Watch for my spring newsletter which will have photos of Dragonfly and a few gathering dates!  We are in the midst of contacting other holistic/spiritual practitioners to provide their services on a more regular basis to our growing spiritual community!   YEAH!!!  I'm too excited for words!

Reiki Exchange ~
